Login instructions: Type your username as your WebAdvisor ID and the password you selected from on the Portal site . If you are logging in for the first time, go to the Portal site and follow instructions listed on the Portal help site.
Having Problems with accessing your course?
1. If you are having problem logging into Moodle, try to log in from the Portal site. If there is an issue, call the Student Support Center at 201-447-7109 option#3.
2. Check for the common login problems on this page.
3. Call the Moodle Helpdesk, 24/7 Toll Free at 1-877-612-5381 OR fill in the Moodle Help Desk form. If put on hold, please stay on the line rather than hanging up and calling back.
The login information to access a distance learning course is sent to your Bergen student e-mail account. To claim your Bergen student e-mail account go to this page. You cannot change your email address for Moodle. However, you can forward your Bergen email address to your preferred email address. See instructions on how to forward your Bergen Student Email.
